Narre Warren Calisthenics Club is located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne
We are a competitive club with students aged between 2 yrs and 50 yrs+.
Calisthenics develops and improves mobility, strength, balance, coordination, team spirit, confidence and fitness by combining controlled exercises, gymnastics, marching, singing, simplified ballet, folk and modern dance.
